PLEASE NOTE: The delivery charges below are for a maximum of 8 pieces. For orders of more cases please contact us and we will organise your order directly.

TO THE UK
Royal Mail Standard 1st Class (1-2 Working Days) – £6.00

TO EUROPE
Royal Mail Europe Standard (3-5 Working Days) – £8.00

TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
Royal Mail International Standard (5-7 Working Days) – £10.00

TAXES: All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to ship orders within 2 working days of receipt.

Returns

EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.

Please request proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as Schelle cannot be held liable for lost goods.

DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that your Schelle Box arrives damaged, please inform us at info@schelle.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery and we will have a replacement sent out asap.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Delivery charge and returned postage costs will only be refunded should your Schelle Box be faulty.
